I got mine from SLP. When it arrived, it was in a factory GM bag. I don't have the part number, but I am sure it would be cheaper from the dealer! I needed one after my header installation, still need the LS6 intake!

If you have something that will cut metal just trace the connector out onto a piece of metal and cut it out. Get a new gasket from a dealer and you're done. Only cost you a couple of bucks.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking right last night. The block off I was thinking about was the one for the intake! You don't need that with that intake, you are trying to block off the exhaust manifold.

I did make a cheesy one for my headers. I cut a piece of metal and drilled a hole thru it and that blocked off the EGR exhaust feed. In hindsight it should have just bought the non=emission headers, that way I would not have had to block off the air pump inlet and the EGR feed.

I don't get it. Can you not read? I've posted the link to the part, gave you the part number, told you how many to get, and told you those were for the exhaust. Are you looking for someone to place the order for you or what? You may actually have to do a little reading to find the info.

Blocking where the EGR would normally be is my goal as well, especially since I don't feel like cutting a hole in the new intake manifold I just bought.
But would this mean the computer now fires off codes, check engine, etc...?
I would think not or that it can be shut off since California seems to be the only anal state....

yes, you'll throw EGR codes but you can have them turned off by getting a tune or a couple of the hand helds will turn them off.
