Ebay headers broke !!!!

well it happened the, one of the emissions lines off the primaries of my ebay headers snapped off at the weld. I will have to remove the passenger side header and see what I can do to fix it. I will be doing the work on Sunday and ill take pictures to keep everyone updated. So if anyone around the hatfield/lansdale area bored on sunday I have beer for whoever shows up.

shit... give kurt @ phoenix in palm a call... he welded mine when the egr tube fell off...

if you can get away with it, just remove the tube and have them weld the hole closed with some stainless steel weld, and grind down to the tube. that what i did, and you cant even tell...

I was going to do it myself, do i need to use stainless steel weld?

to get it to match material for material, and coloring, i would. it would bother the piss out of me to see a rust spot on stainless heads because of a different welding material used.

The one that broke is the longest of the emissions tubes, you can't see it from the top of the car. Tomorrow when I pick up my new welding tank w/ gas ill talk to the company about getting setup to do stainless work. I don't know if I need different gas or what?
