    Dremeled and sanded stock lid.

So I just ordered a SLP lid and later I goto look at my stock lid just messing around and I notice that the previous owner already dremeled and sanded it down. Am I going to notice any difference when I put the new lid on ya think?

Wow that's a lot of work - I think you're better off with the aftermarket lid, plus it does away with the air silencer.

    not much i would suspect.

though a lid doesnt make as big of a difference as most lead on.

still an improvement in the looks and less restrictive in comparison. you did a good thing, dont worry.
