    Cutout Size

First of all, what diameter is the intermediate pipe on a 98 SS,

Second, for all of you that do have cutouts where did u have them installed on the system, and where did u get a turndown

Three, how much louder , how much performance do u gain ( not necessarily numbers but can u feel it?)

Mine is under the rear seat. I think you'll be happy with the cutout. Are you still running cats? Back when I had cats I ran mine open 24/7.

yeah i through in a cut out for sound only.. if u ever decide to run an ory without cats, you won't want the cutout open, you need back pressure for power. since you still have a stock exhaust though, you should feel an increase of about 6-7 i think. and it'll sound niiice

Why don't you just go with the Flowtech turndowns with 3 bolt flanges allready welded on and cut it to length?
