There's a few out there - QTP, DMH, McCord... - I'd look at each (mostly the switches are different) then get the one with the best warranty.

I have a DMH, and I would definitley go with a DMH cause it has the longest warrenty and looks to be the best built. I have had it for 3 months and theirs no leaks or anything, still works great.
Cutouts are awseome.

Navy Blue Metallic- '99 T/A WS6 M6
QTP has sold the most probably..I have one and am happy after 2 1/2 years...you will hear more people saying bad things about qtp but that is 'cause they sell the most.

wonder if it would be a bad idea to put one BEFORE the cat? How would it sound and perform?

do u think it would throw a code if u opened it before the cats?

Before the cats, you might throw codes. After I had mine installed (after the cats) on really cold days, if I don't let the engine warm up a bit, and open the cut out and take off, I get that "check engine" light. Then after a bit of driving, it turns off.
I had mine installed just past the I-pipe. Still gives a little power, and still sounds GREAT!
