contemplating true duals, any tips?
Im seriously thinking about installing the "Texas Speed Rumbler X True Duals" on my 2000 Z along with the "Pacesetter Long Tube LS1 Headers." Can anyone who has done this before give me any hints or tips. Im not doing the welding myself i just want to know if there is anything i should watch out for before i put the money into it. Anything would be helpfull.
Thanks!

all slips up fine, no welding needed sir. Just bolt up and go
I started off with bullets and switched to sweet thunder mufflers. Search on ls1sounds to see what you like best and order away, you will love the sound of duals!

I have jet-hot longtubes, and the TSP true duals setup (3" x-pipe w/ sweet thunder mufflers dumped). I don't currently have anything hosted but let me see if I can figure out how to host vids on youtube or something and I'll get you a link on here.
If not just post your e-mail on here and I'll get ya a quick vid. I'll see if I can get the sound difference b/t the bullets and the sweet thunders for ya too.

Convenience.
That was what the exhaust shop recommended....might have been easier for him as well.

Hey sweet 00SLPSS. Thanks for doing this for me! The video was cool. I liked the way it sounded in that video. Did you have the sweet thunders in that vid or the bullets?

Did the sweet thunders quiet it down?? If so...how much?? Huge difference or just calmed it down a little?

Bummer.
Looking for a good sounding WOT small muffler.
The bullets are LOUD right now. Trying to find something that tones it down in the lower RPM's but still sounds good.
