Ceramic Coated Headers Smoke?

Do Ceramic Coated Headers smoke and smell (I don't know like what) after install? I fired up the car after installing and there is smoke from each side toward the fire wall. Hard to tell from where with the fan blowing. Thanks

New headers always smoke like that, just burning off whatever preservative the manufacturer uses, fingerprints, etc. It'll stop after a couple heat cycles.

Yeah, like said above, they do that.
I didn't know that and mine did that and I started freaking out. But yeah, its normal.

What I thought but figured it better to ask the experts rather than pitch a fit. I have a loose plug wire on the right bank (hear it ticking) and will get it tomorrow. Just glad to get out from under for now. Thanks for the help.
