    Catted Y for pacesetter

Who makes a catted y pipe for the pacesetter Lt's?

can an exhaust shop fab one up custom with some high flow cats, this would still leave me with a serious problem of driving the car 5 miles open headers lol

Pacesetter should, or Texas speed might have one that fits. I went with a Texas Speed ORY, so they might have a catted y that fits. Why you going with a catted Y? Giving up a few ponies there, and plus it costs and extra $200. Better off paying someone to get you some stickers with the extra $200 you saved getting an ORY

Pacesetter makes a catted-y for their LS1 applications, but not their LT1 applications. And its fun as hell driving around with open headers. You'll just have a headache and can't hear shit while driving.

    E-mail them and ask...
    And you'll need O2 extensions.

I would go with a ORY and just have a tuner get rid of your codes, corvette rear 02's will work for the front, if you don't want to use extensions and i dont know if catted-y's use rear censors or not

What do you mean by getting stickers? Will this work in CT? I would love to save the $200, but i think no cats sounds a lil raspy.

He means the emissions/inspection stickers they put on your windshield to verify that you passed. If you can get your hands on some stickers, you can slap those on your car and not even have to get it inspected/emissions tests done.

ive emailed those guys- i sent about 1 or 2 emails before one finally went through the one that worked for me was " zach@texas-speed.com "

oh, and does anyone know if the pacesetter LT to a TSP 3 inch catted- y to a magnaflow catback will be able to flow enough for about 500 HP? My goal is to have about 500 to the flywheel or 400 RWHP. so im unsure if 3 inches will do, thanks

Dude, if i had 500hp, i would say fuck the cats and possibly go with true dual dumped exhaust.
