    2005 a4 GTO

    catch can hose location

    Has this elite engineering catch can for awhile and it functions well by the amount of oil it collects. Trouble is i think the hoses are backwards... does this matter at all?

    Yes....the inbound should connect to the pcv and the outbound connects to the throttle body

    The top port on the can usually goes to the valley cover tube (or something near that location if you don't have the ls6 but) and the bottom goes to the intake

    Here is a pic of our setup. Top fitting connects to the PCV hose and the fitting on the side of the can goes to the intake:
