It already is a stock (delphi) truck 85mm MAF.
I wouldn't mess with it.

yeah but it is tuned and it wont work with my current tune on my car. I need a stock 85mm maf not a tuned maf cause of my tune.

I always recommend stock MAF over any aftermarket ones.
