    A/C Problem any input?

after the long Connecticut winter i go to turn on my a/c for a few to get it working again and after a few minutes i realized that its not working. My question is it possible to get a 98 trans am freezeon recharged or would i have to get an entire new unit.

    Thanks for any feed back

I've used the recharge kits sold at walmart with mixed success (50/50).

Run a set of manifold guages on the high and low side and take a temp reading 2in in front of the condenser and let me know the numbers. You may just need a recharge. However it may be a leak on the front seal of the compressor. It all depends on what the pressures are.
