borla
my friend who has a z28 told me that borla sets off a ping in the engine and decreases horsepower..i was like wtf? idk..

I have a Borla and no problems and never heard of that. It's BS. They must have something wrong with their car.

wow.........ummmmm......... definately not. I have borla and it is a great high quality exhaust. It will increase horsepower not decrease. Most catbacks perform similarly - they flow better and increase performance.

Maybe with headers, but just a Borla really isn't that loud.

When I had my 95 LT1 I ran with no cat custom 3" exhaust and a 3.5" Vortex Cherry bomb muffler. It was cheap and much louder than a Borla could be without going to headers.
