Best Way to to clean rusty headers?
Like it says, grinder w/ wiredisk? (whatever its called)
or is thre something out there that i can dip it in?

grinder w/ wire wheel is my favorite way, to remove rust. My angle grinder came with one and it was amazing. Now i cant find a replacement for a 4 1/2 angle grinder.

Yepp, then pick up some ceramic paint, "high temp" and Repaint them and call it a day.

if you grind the rust off and you never totally will unless you sandblast, the rust will come back rather soon.
