    Thumbs up BBK Products

Could anyone comment on the reliabilty or credibility of BBK products. For example the SSI-Series intake manifold, with 85mm TB, v's the FAST manifolds and throttle bodies. Is it worth twice the price for the FAST?

BBK is a reputable name in the business and you could certainly expect their products to last (from a durability standpoint). From a performance standpoint, if you have a heads and cam car, it is well worth the extra $$$ to go with the FAST setup. Otherwise, it is probably more cost effective to simply pick up a LS6 intake for your 1999. Both the Weiand Aluminum intake and the BBK were designed as an improvement over the stock LS1 intake and they succeed at that, however in my opinion the GM LS6 intake is a better product at the same or even lower price.
