Anyone using BBK headers with 2.5 y pipe???

Just like asked in the title.. looking to see if people are happy with these bbk headers and y pipe... since the y pipe is only 2.5...and not 3" like most others... any info or feedback would be great...thanks

I installed these on a friends 02 WS6 A4 last year and I was impressed with the fitment and quality of them compared to my pacesetters. I also put in an 80mm TB, SLP lid, exhaust, and plugs n wires at the same time. After a tune he dynoed right around 340-345rwhp. What do you have planned for the car? If you really just plan on putting some bolt-ons on the car and not getting to crazy with it then I’m sure you will be happy with these headers. If you plan of getting serious though I would go another route since the smaller size in the collector and y-pipe will hold you back when you get higher in power.

I've had mine for about 6 months. Been very happy with them. I went with the coated version. Looks the same as the day I put them in.

    Lowest point of system...

I've been running them for about 7 months and the 2.5" pipes are not a restriction until you're over 500hp, the restriction is the 3" outlet. it's only good for under 340hp before it'll hurting your power gains.
IMO, their well worth the price, great clearance and fitment!

BTW I've already upgraded my BBK y-merger with a Vibrant 3.5" exit y-merger, also my car has about a 2" drop

Does anyone have any issues with the flanges rubbing/smacking the body with the bbk? Mine is driving me insane!
