    Anyone have belt issues???

I have a decently powered car. ASP underdrive pulley.

I noticed in the long section without a pulley, the belt gets a little uneasy. Resonates almost.

Has anyone experienced this??? If so, how did you fix it?
My tensioner is great. Belt is plenty tight.
Almost seems the motor spins up too quickly for the stock set-up.

i have an asp pulley and it seems to do fine with my setup, just put on a new belt when I did my cam swap and there is hardly any slack at all when pulling on it. but my car is no where near yours, just a cam + bolt on car.

    That is the thing.
There is NO slack what-so-ever when not running.

Start it up and the belt is fine at idle.
Rev it...and the belt seems to resonate.

Mine squeaks some times...tensioner seems good, but sometimes it just squeals...i remove the belt, re-install it, and its fine. I have no clue. I have heard that the manual tensioners work best with the ASP pulleys

Thinking I will just order the tensioner. Make sure it is REAL tight.
