Another Headers question!! Need Advice
I want to buy a longtube header kit for my Z.
I do not want to have to modify any emissions equipment or function.
Does any company make a long tube headers, y pipe, cats that work with all the emissions equipment? ie. no O2 sims needed

yeah, try the pacesetter LT's. you can get them on ebay for 439.99 exactly. that price is shipped. you get the lt's, y-pipe, and O2 extensions and all necessary hardware. hope this helps. Good luck

rear o2 simms are only needed if you are getting rid of cats. try kooks, qtp, etc... for headers. you can buy headers with EGR and AIR fittings.
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

it's not going to run like crap just because you installed headers. for the most part, so long as you retain all of your emissions components, you aren't going to get any codes. the only issues i've really ever read about it the placement of the front o2 sensors. in some cases, you get a code for them because they are further away from the original location. by doing this, it takes longer for them to get heated up. one way to take care of this is by getting coated headers. they keep the heat inside the pipes. another way is to get rear o2s from a corvette. they are heated o2s.
