i used to have the slp box. its only a 10 h.p bump, nothing that you will feel, yet you will get better traps speeds from it.

You'll feel the difference "up top", especially if you do the free ram air mod. Nothing major, but you will feel it.

I bought the slp cai. it came with a smooth bellow, lid, high flow filter, and a metal housing that picked up air right under the filter instead of just in front,

If this is the only mod its not a huge difference but you need to start somewhere.

intake, exhaust, with a little computer tuning, big difference, everything has to work together to gain power.

the biggest mod on my list would be gears, 3.73's with some wide corvette style wheels. you should see a half second or more on your time slip

I just installed a SLP lid, bellow, and KN filter yesterday. I noticed a HUGE difference in my TA. When I was installing it, I noticed I few pieces of the old seal (from the old air box) in the screens. Maybe that had alot to do with it? But, it's definately got more nuts now. Right from the start to the top.
