    AIR Pump and ORY

    Where does the AIR pump hook into the exhaust?

    i wanna get LT's and A ORY just because its cheaper, but i still want the AIR pump to work because i had a new on put in when i got the car because it was broken.

    Driver side manifold is where the AIR pump hooks up.

    exhaust manifold, ok

    do the pacesetter EGR headers have a fitting for that ?

    my understanding is that the air system only does something with the cats...like makes it pump faster or something, idk. but if you're running w/o cats all it's doing is using up power and taking up space under the hood.

    the air pump is for emissions, it pumps extra air into the exhaust

    i know but i had a new one put in a couple years ago because mine was broken, i know i shouldn have done that but i dont want to take it out.

    i took mine out its pretty useless, just get it tuned out in the computer doesn't cost much.

    i have off road headers so i don't have any emissions stuff
