? about TSP True duals and cut outs?

i plan on getting this set up in a couple of weeks and was wondering if it comes with the turn down tips? and also would i benefit from putting cut outs on the system? and would i have to get 2 cut outs? ( every TD's ive seen with cutouts have 2)

why would anyone have cutouts on a true dual xpipe? They turn down Before the differential. Theres no need for them. Just put bullet mufflers like me:

Yes it is and the Xpipes come with TD's automatically unless you tell them different. My set up is much louder than in the vid but I have to put the camera more towards the back next time
