I paid 300 for a tune and some dyno time, although Mine come's with lifetime updates, well if i ever instail a cam or wanna go back to stock or whatever the case may be.

I recently got a quote for $600.00 for lifetime tunes as well. I'd love to find a shop that will do it for around $300.00.
Hopefully, my shop will give me a deal on the tune after my cam swap as I'm getting all of the parts from them and I'm getting them to do the install.

My shop does lifetime tunes when you get anything installed by them. Dyno tune is 350 though.

That sounds like a smoking deal to me. If its a legit shop and they do good work I would be all over it.

thats a fair price. the cheapest i've ever seen was $200 from harris speed works before they raised their prices (now its $250). and you're not really getting a free dyno. for computer tunes they're sposed to dyno before and after to compare the results.

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Is the tuning done on the dyno?? If so...great price if it is a shop.
If the tune is a basic tune to match mods...too much.

My shop pulled my car on the dyno, seen where my numbers where at and looked at all the systems, then they started tunning. Afterwards they dyno'd it again too see the numbers and then we pulled it off and went for a cruise. Made a big difference.

Current best: 10.60/126.8- 1998 Pontiac TA WS6
Man $300 is a bargain, as long as they are good tuners
