2000 camaro SS SLP

To all,
I can not get my cooling fan to cycle off after it comes on. I have a 2000 camaro SS,LS1 with SLP upgrades to suspension ,diff and rims with American racing Stainless steel headers. I have changed all fan relays and I do not have an over heating problem. I had someone go into the computer to adjust my speedo for 373 rear gears, could he have screwed something up while doing this? Is this a common problem? Any Ideas?

If your car has an ses light have a scanner check for which codes. Either a grounding problem or a sticking thermostat. Just to say I ask how do you know it is not overheating? Do you have a manual thermostat in the system?

Ask if they changed the on/off temps, etc. Assume they're staying on while driving, and turning off with the ignition - if they're staying on with the key off you're overheating, or they programmed the PCM to keep them on for a couple minutes after shutoff.
