    02 extension help

I have searched and searched but i can figure out what extensions i need square or flat? My rear 02's are already tuned out.

Also are better quality plug wires like MSD's needed to deal with the extra heat?

Square plugs are for the LS1. The flat plugs are LT1.

On plug wires, if they are original, it's probably time for a new set anyway. I like the MSD's.

thank you, after some searching i picked up some good deals. Got a set of new msd wires for $54 shipped, new 02 extensions for $33 shipped and a set of OEM MLS exhaust gaskets for $18 shipped.

dont tell my fiance, she was bitching the other day that we have a wedding to pay for and i shouldn't be buying car parts.

Make sure that when you install the new wires, you hear/feel two clicks on the coils and one click on the plugs. New plugs are only torqued to 11 lb.ft. so do not overdo it.

Those MSD wires are a bit of a bitch to get on I just replaced mine when I did the headers last weekend. It is a whole lot easier when the headers are off.

Forgot to mention -- a dab of dielectric grease in the plug boots makes for a better seal and the boots won't be stuck to the plug next time you need to change them.
