Whats your best illegal story

While driving down hwy 71 in northan IA (this is a 4lane) I see a mustang comming up in my rear view. My first thought is what ever, but then it gets close enough to see the SALEEN sicker on the windshield. I think no way is some A hole who spent 40k on a mustang is going to pass my 10k stock vette. When we get along side I drop it down (he did the same) I did it first so he droped back to my rear tire. we ran it up neither side gaining or losing. Then I look up and see the sign that says 5mi to Milford (resort town in north IA ergo lots of cops) I let off he sailed by I should be noted howver that this was a stock c4 with 95k mi, a bad clutch, and my valve lash was set wrong so yes I lost and no he didn't get pulled over either but I dont know if IA has the racing law where get caught and lose your car but it wasn't worth it. I'm just impressed that a poorly running c4 keep up with a SALEEN MUSTANG incedtaly I am not shure what model I have tryed to find out the spec on it all I know is it was not the new model and both exh tips where in the middle anyone know wheather or not this was a superchared unit or the hp of that car would be greatly appriciated.

Most saleen mustangs are just Mustang GTs with body kits and suspension work. sounds like thats what you ran into.

Tyler was living at my house (tyler as in tyler on these boards) and half of my neighbors own loud muscle cars (Chevelle, Grand National, tons of F-bodys, Corvettes, Trans Ams, Mustangs, GTOs, and Novas) all of different years and the other half is the typical church family who hates loud cars.

They always think we're speeding up the street when we're not. They think because a car is loud, that its going fast when in reality we're doing the speed limit and theyre zipping around in mini vans.

Anyways, we got sick of it one night so Tyler and I put his car in 1st gear (straight pipe LS1 no cats) and just gun it alllllll teh wayyyy down the street. Well my best friend's wife's mom got an email (shes one of the muscle car people) saying that the cops were called on us, but they never came.

Oh yeah, and my last speeding ticket in my cobra 83 in a 45 right outside of a school zone.
