top speed for a stock 6 spd C5?
So I'm hearing its around 172-176? Is the top speed limited by the computer or is it the mechanical limit of the vehicle? Just wondering because Iv'e been wanting to test it out on the Autobahn when I get back, fastest Iv'e had it up to so far is 150.

I believe their top speed was rated at 175 but they have gone faster than that.

so since it is drag limited It would be possible to increase the top speed with engine modifications? The car feels very stable at high speeds, a lot better than any mustang Iv'e had, they feel like they want to come off the ground at 150

I heard you can do about 175 in a C5 Z06

The C5 Z06 is actually rated lower than a base C5. The Z06 was rated at 171 but Im sure it can go faster than that. Originally Posted by ArcticZ06
