any inherant problems with 99 cars? Do they have brass synchronizers or carbon?

looks like a good deal to me when you factor in the mods! 20k for a '99 with only 53k seems good, especially for a 6spd. Go for it third shift !!- you know you wont be able to wait until the new camaro comes out.
So how did you end up making out with insurance, i know you sold it to 1fastcamarosss11. How much did insurance give you? How much did you have to pay to get the WS6 back?

i just hate gm red...and FRC's have that helocopter pad of a truck lid...i like the coupes sooo much more. and GOD DAMN if i can find a nice millenium yellow car for 18k i'd be on it like white on rice.
99z: Well, it was not actually "totalled" the estimate to repair it came in above the loan i had left on the car [$11,500] so i just said "give me the money, and dont' total it." jeremy bought the car with a clean title for a few grand. I low balled myself, but I knew he had his work cut out for him, what with doing a 600 mile round trip in the early morning. I know he'll give the batmobile a good home. Now i need a cool car...really bad. Talked michelle into it about 65% she understands how i feel [which is really important] but i was hoping i could atleast make it through the damn spring

I wouldn't wait - prices will only go up as summer gets closer.
Not exactly 18k and not in ohio but its yellow and i just thought i would share. Wanted to see what was available in my area that you might like.
'01 targa, yellow, auto, 60k for $21,000. Do you only want a 6spd?

i did a 300 mi search and saw that one. 21k is possible, but reality says 19 is my max.
I got of the phone with the owner of my original post. He's a member here, "rojo99" really freakin cool guy; told me the whole scoop, so truthful that I don't think i'm gonna consider it any longer, which really is super cool of him to be so honest. Basically he said the clutch is ready to die and that the cam he has needs bigger injectors to be able to get wicked. he said if i really wanted a yellow one to hold out until one comes available. He told me if i wanted to get behind the wheel just to see if i like it, or ask him other q's i could at anytime.
I just want a stock one i think.

The spring car fever didn't take to long to bite! How about a 79 Vette? I'm going to be putting mine up for sale.
