    Question from a new C5 Corvette owner here

    Hi All,
    New C5 Corvette owner here, 1st Corvette too
    (a 2000 CONVERTIBLE)
    I have a question,is the C5 Corvette BHP Underrated
    BHP 345... Is this a true BHP horsepower Stat?

    Congrats on the vette purchase, you will love it. Any pics, mileage, any mods?

    No they are not under rated. The ls1 corvettes have 345-350 bhp. Around 300 at the wheels. All Ls1 engines are around 350 bhp. Even in other vehicles.
