Question on the glass top
I have a customer in my store right now bitching up a storm that we ruined his C5 glass roof by not wiping off excess wax when we detailed it. Is this possible? It was over a year ago and he kept it under a car cover all winter.

If it was over a year ago, I'd say he did something to it. There is no way to guarantee that it was caused from your services since he had it in his possession for over a year and just now comes forward and tries to blame someone.
He should have inspected it when you finished the job and then brought it back for a refund, adjustment etc.
The guy might have done something to it himself. Don't honor crap on that one.

I've waxed my glass t-tops before without any problems.

I pretty much figured that, I just wanted more opinions on it. It definitely looks like something... perhaps fiberglass... melted on there. It's only on the passenger side on the very edge at about a 5 inch strip from front to back. I just assumed there was something on his car cover that caused that.
lol 14 months later he tries that shit. Very rude person too.

Probably some old rich bastard with more money than you can shake a stick at. Tell him to get a can of spray paint and touch it up like the rest of us F-body slobs........lol.
Tell him to get his car out more too. It's not the friggin hope diamond....lol.

I'd tell him to show how wax could have done something like that or else go away seeing it was so long ago.

Now that I'm thinking of it I'd say it has something to do with a cat. They can really screw up a car.

Well, either way. The guy (customer) is smoking crack or something to have the balls and do what he did. What does he think his car is? New in the wrapper never been opened and think he's gonna take it back to Wal-Mart for a full refund?
What a goober.
