Made 518 rwhp and 467 rwtq thru an auto on a conservative tune.

Hauls ass to say the least. New nitto DR's on order along with carbon fiber splitter.

I would like to get there atleast once. To see what this thing runs. Its crazy fast for 518 rwhp. I wish i they could have done the 660 package but they said they never done that on an auto and i might have drivabilty issues. They said they could try it but i didnt want to risk it.

Soooooo...how does it compare to when you had the S/C?
    Better drivability?

I like it 100% better no joke. And it pulls harder no regrets here at all and drivability is not affected at all. Best money spent and will go to Lingenfelter again. Power is instant.

SOLD the vette. Was having a problem with the speed sensor in the rear end which didnt allow my speedo to work till 25mph. Took it to the dealership to see what they can do. They call and say they cant fix it because they didnt have the correct software. Went and picked it up and the speedo was worse saying i was doing 120-180 when really i was doing 60mph.

So now the car dont want to shift when i get on the gas. I call the dealer to see what they did and they said they did nothing. BS. What i thougth would be an easy fix turned into a bigger problem. I will never take a modded car to a dealer even if i think its something simple. So i will have it shipped back to RPM transmissions to be fixed. I would like to keep it but i am just afraid it will run me broke. After all the money i dropped into this thing i should not have even one issue.

I got 60k for it only has 3500 miles. The guy who bought it is getting a great deal and i hope he has better luck than i do. He lives 30 minutes from Vengance Racing so he should be setting good if he has any problems. I was straight forward with the guy with the sensor issue and told him i would fix it at my expense. I dont think he was to worried as he knew he was getting a hell of a deal.

Hope to be back in a vette in the future. Maybe i will see what the c7 offers. But first i am going to buy me a new house. Cant wait.

Really bummed out to see you go Clint, and I mean that. You are a true car guy, and I know you've dropped untold thousands into your car first with the S/C and then going the N/A route.
It sucks when after you spend all that money modding, the car isn't as reliable as you should expect it to be.
Here's to an early congrats on your new home, and hoping to see you back here soon with another C6Z, or a new C7!
I gotta ask ya this last question as I say good bye...
Will the next one be [or stay] a manual?
Best of luck in your future endevours

Not sure if i will get another one. Its all up in the air. If i can get a new house paid for in 3-4 years then i will have the rest of my life to buy toys. I was actually thinking about buying a 55 or 56 chevy completly restored. Its just to bad all these newer cars have to have so many sensors. It just makes for more problems in my case. And being from a state with limited shops dont help any. I would have to trailer it 80 miles and thats after i find a trailer. I dont have time for that. This thing should not be having the issue it is. The guy who bought it is getting a great deal and i feel that he will have better luck than me being vengance racing is just miles from his house if a prblem does happen.

This is something i was kinda looking at. I would like to get one with a 6-71 blower but its going to be a while before i get one. It will not be cheap either.

Also the car sold the first day i posted it. Had title in hand so it made the sale go alittle smoother. The guy that bought it is from georgia and he said he was going to track it so i cant wait to see what times it pulls. With a 750 elevation maybe a 10.75-10.99. We will see.

The good thing is that you won't take the hit on the depreciation of the car, which will go directly in to your house.........in the long run, it'll be a much better investment, in which you'll be able to buy another car someday. Good luck!

That is very true. This was not something i thought would happen but i feel i will be happy with the end result. Being 24 now i hope to have a brand new house paid off buy 28 or 29. Then i have my whole life ahead of me to buy toys. I am really aiming for a 55-57 chevy with a blower sticking outta the hood. I have already been searching.

I dont think you want my line of work.

Worked 2 jobs for a long time. I worked 80hrs for 2 years straight.Got ALOT of money saved in that time. It sucked but i will be looking for a 2nd job come fall. I want to have a new house paid fairly quick. Then buy me an old hot rod.

I worked at a cold storage from 530 am till 430 pm then Pepsi from 445pm till 930 pm 5 days a week. Then i worked at the cold storage almost ever saturday for 10 hours. Now i am only down to the one job but coke might open in the town over so i might look into that since i have some experience.

Here is the brand new house i was looking into. Not to bad for being brand new and having appliances. I could have it paid for by 28 or 29 all by myself.

And i wanna buy a beast like this sometime down the road.

Note: Parents didnt give me any money only provided me with a place to live.
