    just installed B&M..!?

so yeah as the title says I jst put a B&m ripper in my c5. I havent driven it yet but it seems nice, except reverse. It is a pain in the ass now to grab reverse! has anyone had a similar problem? is this just a pit fall of these shifters? thanks

I still have my stock shifter. I'm leaning towards the Hurst if I decide to get one

Let us know how you like it once you get a chance to drive it for a while, which may also ease the shifting into reverse. It may take a small learning curve to go thru, as I don't see what could've gone wrong...

I have a Hurst Billet Plus, and same problem. It feels like it takes TWO trys to get it in to reverse.

make sure you have the clutch right to the floor otherwise it will be tougher to grab rev.
