I will be over 13-1 with NOS... Most people will say that's to high of compression for boost, but I say keep the boost level a little lower !!! I'd start out no more than 4-6 lbs' of boost... ( my opinion )

At 11:5CR yiou'll be asking for trouble. You'll be limited to the amount of boost, which will be low I assume, to be worth the hassle
For a 408cid you should be over the 500rwhp range N/A. Why only 440hp?2007 Audi RS 4

I cant remember what magazine did it but one built a 408 with fairly high compression and @15 lbs of boost from a t98 it required race gas but made over 1200hp the article was done 2-4 yrs ago I think

There was a guy around here running a T88 with 10.5 to 1 comp ratio running 15psi and 20psi spraying meth. I talked to him he was making 800rwhp but he said the whole setup is a headache. Which i would believe, i have enough headaches with my 8.7 to 1 comp ratio supra and boost, i would hate to see how much time you need to put into a 11.5 car with boost, just to make sure eveything is just right so no detonation is caused. I would say stick with the juice or trade someone internals and heads lol

i'm only making 440 with a crappy intake. the car is starving for air. need the fast 90 setup with fast throttle body.. i'm running a polished holley wiend intake with stock throttle body. also i'm running shorty headers trying to save up for the long tubes. also on a mustang dyno. a little rough. but its better that way. should be looking close to 500 with the intake throttle body .. headers and a little more tuning. good deal i'll stay away from the boost and go with a 300 shot
