Corvette ZR1 with Hennessey ZR700 runs 10.64 @ 132 mph

Its pretty sad that the ZR1 can only do that with 700hp when a bone stock C6 Z06 with stock tires can run a 10.98. The ZR1 is still a bad ass car though. Here is the link for the times in case anyone is doubting me.

stock z06 on STOCK tires drops 11.70's last i checked. unless god got behind the wheel.

Read the list, bone stock/stock tires 10.98 with GM rating of 11.7 @ 125. Current average is 11.4

Normally not a 10 sec ride but someone did get it in the 10's whether its a factory freak, a perfect driver or what, it was done. Next guy hit 11.1 which is knocking on the door of 10's. Thats some crazy shit. Didn't think they could hit that type of times but WOW! You have me interested in whats done with you Maro to smoke it. S/C, Turbo, radical H/C, let me know. Sounds like a bad mofo

Maybe I should of added that not everyone is going to run high 10's in a bone stock Z06 but as Ive stated it has been done. If you want to compare the same driver in both a Z06 and ZR1 then look at Ranger on the Corvette Forum. His best time in a stock C6 Z06 with stock tires was a 11.13 and his best so far in a stock ZR1 with stock tires was 11.21. His best in a stock C6 Z06 with drag radials was a 10.85 and his best time so far in a stock ZR1 with drag radials is a 10.98. Im sure he can beat that time but it wasnt his ZR1 he was using.
