check
(if you havent already) the battery itself, make sure it doesnt need to be replaced.
Also, check the light that turns on under the hood. Maybe the thing that turns it off when you close the hood is broken and it stays on and sucks the battery (be careful and check to see if its hot- meaning its been on for days)

you need to do a paracidic draw test on it. if you have an multimeter its a simple test I would describe it to you but im not the best at describing it so look it up on line if I spelt that right its a parasite test basically electrically. and way you hook up the multimeter to the battery and see hom many amps the car is drawing. then you just simply start pulling fuses one by one until the brunt of the draw is gone there will always be a little draw never zero but it shouldnt be much more than 5 amps if that as you pull fuses if nothing happens put it back if you pull one and the draw goes down check what ever circuit that is running... and you should find your problem

The pass. side seat is usually the culprit fro drawing current causing the battery drain. I simply unplugged mine and it fixed it.
