    Zr-1 would be good. I think that annotes a top performing vette better than SS, which belongs to Camaro. Z07 , I think they should stay away from that. They already have Z06, why keep going up in the number?

    Corvette had a SS before Camaro did. There was a Z07, which was a RPO, in the '70's and on the C4.

    Personally I dont like it being called ZR-1 but its not left up to me to name it. Id like to see it called a ZL1.

    Interesting. I guess I associate SS only with Camaros. What was significant about the SS vette? I've never heard of it.

    It wasnt a production car but it did have the SS name. It is a 1957 Corvette race car. Here is some info. on it.

    this is inside information: ZR1 is official name for LS7 supercharged 650hp at least, 95k-105k price tag.

    It's not a LS7, the articles I've read say it's a blown 6.2. The 6.2 is the LS3
