Spiral Gray- 2004 Auto Corvette
1/4 mile times
I was planning to go to the West Palm Beach track on last weds nite but it rained. I was really looking forward to seeing what my vette would run. Its a 2004 with A4 and 2.73 gears bone stock. I know its not like a real run but what should it have run it was like 60 degrees out.

I'd expect mid to high 12s - 1/4 mile that is.
It's not how fast you can go. It's how fast you can get there.

ok thanks guys I would be happy with 13.50 maybe I will run it this week and see. Do the run flats hook up with the stock converter and 2.73 gear?

In 2004, the c5s could pull a 12.1 stock with an m6 on a good day - not typical though. Most a4s would hit high 12s. With an auto, you lose a little time, but consistancy will be there. I would really expect the OP to hit in the twelves as long as he gets a good launch. That will make or break his time.

My bad... I was thinkin that's what he had. With a base c5 I'd expect very high 12s - on a perfect run - to mid 13s - more likely.
