    00 Vette losing power?

I have a 2000 Vette. This has a magna charger on it. Last year I had the supercharger rebuilt and it had lost power sometimes. We contacted Magnuson and they said if the harness is to tight you can lose power and not run right. We rerouted and lenghthened the harness. A few weeks ago I turned off the traction control for a second. It didn't seem to disengage when I put it back on. Then as I was driving I lost power and the low traction light came on. Then it flashed to loss of power. I made it home unhooked the battery and eventually got it to reset with the reset switch and messing with it. It then ran fine for about a week then it happened again. Pulled battery and tried to reset (I saw some message about wait 10 seconds) finally got it to reset. Runs great now. Any ideas, since I have no way of knowing when this will happen again or where.

Thanks for all the advice in advance!
