Worried about Massachusetts emission Help!!

I just bought a 2000 Z28 about 3 months ago. I live in Masachusetts which has strick emissions regulations. I am wondering about doing the egr delete so i can get any LS6 intake not the one with the egr and also gettting a pair of Pacesetter long tubes air delete ORY and possibly cat delete. will a local tuner be able to get my car to pass emissions??? any information would be appreciated. Thank you

Also if anyone localy is selling an LS6 intake or long tube let me know! also who is a good tuner in the Boston area

Can anyone give me some info? even if you don't live in Massachusetts. What did you do when you replaced you ls1 for an ls6 intake and also longtubes? any information would be appreciated.

If they do a visual you wont pass without cats or air/egr. Go to where you get your inspecion done and ask about a visual. They are supposed to but some shops might overlook if there are no codes in the computer. If they dont do a visual you should be fine with a tune.
