Lol... Louder Exhaust. My driver rattles like shit. Its a bearing thats impossibly hard I believe. I took it in to the dealer and they quoted like $600 since they have to completely gut the door and remove the glass, etc to get to the little piece thats rattling. You have to keep in mind I had just spent almost $400 on getting driver window motor replaced.
I sped the hell outta there going, WHAT RAATTLE...
Seriously, mine drives me crazy too.

Yeah, I got screwed. But it broke on my way to work and there was a 60% chance of rain. I just dropped it off with them as they drove me to work and picked me up after to get my car. Dam convenience cost.

Well dealer costs suck.
I would love to fix that rattle, but if you take your door panel off, you will notice that you have to disasemble allot of stuff and remove the glass. Would be nice to pioneer and do a write up, but from what I was told it won't cause anything to break, and since this is my dd well....

one of the guides in the door is either broken or loose. you need to remove the door panel and check which one it is.

Could it be something as simple as a stabilizer? Thinking that's what mine is on the drivers side but haven't pulled the panel to check yet. http://shbox.com/1/stabilizers.jpg

My window motor "burned out" about 20% down. I bought an aftermarket one off of e-bay for $11.
The only difference in motors is that it goes up a bit slower. But it works great, and the dealer installed it for $160. got it back in 1 1/2 hours.

My windows only rattle when I shut the doors and they have to be all the way down to rattle. Obviously the window is loose in the guys or whatever holds it steady is loose cause the window itself hits the sides.
When my motor went and window was down I disconnected it from the motor so it was free moving, put it up via my hands and put a vice grip on it to hold it in place.

One of the tracks is probably loose. (common problem w/ fiberglass doors)
Take the door panel off and check for loose bolts.
