    window motor help

so my passenger window was do the jolty/shaky movement up and would get stuck when there is an inch gap to be fully up, so i assumed i just needed to replace the motor again (2nd time)..
The problem is after i replaced it with a new one, the windows still has a shaky/jolty roll up and literally i can push down on the window when rolled up and it will go all the way down....what do you guys think it is?
