Do you have an adjustable panhard bar?

^^What Jeff said. You will need an adjustable panhard bar to keep the rear end centered with the lower springs. Otherwise, one of the rear tires will rub against the fenderwell.

you may have to roll your fenders as well espeically if you let people ride in the back and you hit bumps. Tires may rub.

If I were to put them on I would buy the adjustable panhard bar as well as the bolt on lower control arm relocation bracketsbrackets. Even if I dont put the springs on I will be getting the panhard bar because when making rights turn with ppl in the back or hard rights the driver side read rubs the inside wheel well

Also highly suggest not to do springs without a good set of shocks

Doing the adj PH and LCA's is a good idea, along with the relocation brackets. It will stiffen your rearend up more and with the LCA's you will get a bit more tire clearence as well.
