okay ls1, so im going to change my mufffler,i am planning to install the loudmouth reonator where the y pipe meets.i also plan to get the cme exhaust so im wondering when i go over the axle with the single pipe and where the muffler use to be, i plan on putting a y-pipe there so i still would have thes same inlets and outlets as the muffler to go back to dual into cme. will this work. if it doesnt makes sense i will try and explain a little better.

Oh and y the y-pipe, im trying to save some cash rather than paying ffor the catback system slp offers.

I am not a engineer ,do it.maybe race some body before and after to test your results.
