Will a LS7 intake manifold with a 90 mm throttle body fit an ls1?

No, the LS7 Intake is wider than LS1/LS6/LS2, due to the taller cylinder heads used. See the complete LS1, LS2, LS6, LS7 Spotters Guide & Tech article in the March 2006 issue of "Chevy Rumble" magazine.

With the LS1 you are better off with an LS6 intake. Use one of the aftermarket units like the F.A.S.T. if you want to run the 90mm TB
TPIS also makes a large mouth oval intake. It's basically a modded LS6 intake but looks pretty damn good, expensive though if you don't have an LS6 core to send.
