whistler mod help

pretty simple..use a heat gun and heat the housing to loosen the glue that holds the lense on. then scrape out the old glue or silicon out of the grooves for the lenses.. use a good 600 grit sand paper or finer depending on your preferance to remove the chrome where you want it to be painted. use a good quality paint. re silicone and put back together.....not that hard. but feel free to get ahold of me if you need me to go into detail on this. id be more than happy to help

nope, that hard at all, and it makes a huge difference on looks, i think that gm should have done that when they built these cars.. thanks for the help peeps..
