    Where to stick your jack stands?

    Where do you guys recommend placing the jack stands underneath the car? I'm gonna try to do a little brake work this weekend on the front end of my 01 Z28 and the only time I've raised the car up is using the jack to change a tire. My brother said I can use the front axel. True?

    Use the control arms up front and the sway bar mounts on the rear.

    Would be ugly on the floor pan. But working on brakes you will be good on control arms and rear sway bar mounts on the axle tubes.
