Put it into the end of the hose that went to the stock air box, then zip tie it out of the way. Don't kink the hose or restrict it's airflow - will throw an SES light.

Navy Blue Metallic- 2002 Trans Am WS6
there is a hose that attaches to the lid on the right hand side. pull that hose off the lid and stick the little filter in there. just zip tie it out of the way when you are finished.

No stock one - the added filter just fits into the end of the hose so when the AIR system operates and it sucks in air on cold starts for a couple minutes when the air pump operates, gets filtered air.

Recommend getting it tune out, then just yank the whole thing out of there.

You can have the AIR turned off in the PCM so you can just take it out.

Just get rid of the whole AIR system and be done with it.

Ya, you really could just take that how out completely from both sides of the AIR, and just let it think its doing its job.
