    When would STR too low

I have noticed most TC being sold now are around 2.0 STR and higher. What would you guys consider too low and cause too much slippage(heat). And also what is the rating on a stock TC stall speed and STR.

    2.3 or higher

if daily driving i would reccomend a 2.5-2.7 str

i vote for Yank hands down... even though i run/ran TCI (but it was the SuperStreetFighter... not the cheapo $400 piece)

this is the #1 mod for auto's... dont wanna blow it & have to do it again

i also ran/run a filter between the trans & oil cooler so if the converter ever came apart it would save the tranny... well in hopes of atleast

So putting a filter inline would keep a broken stall from getting to your transmission? that might be something I need to look into for this new transmission. Also I wanted to say I am running a 2.2 STR right now which when I bought it that was about the highest people were wanting to go but it is still a pretty loose stall and can get annoying at times. I would definatly say go with somethign more like a 2.5 STR like what 1badd had mentioned

Need to look into what mine is, I know the stall speed is pretty high I was thinking about having it restalled here pretty soon.
