You can use 3/8" dia hose for a replacement

Typically a fuel line hose at the auto parts store too.

Ok its like 3 hoses to come from rear of the intake there all air,hoses

Do you mean this? If so this is the PCV (in the pic it was modified because the Y outlet was cracked and I had to make a temp fix till I upgraded to the LS6 VCT)

or do you mean the one that comes of the front of the passenger side valve cover that connects to the throttle body like in this pic below:

Yeah I need that because mine were all broken when I took motor apart
