What kind of gears are these?
A buddy of mine gave me the stock gears from his 95 5-speed camaro.
I have a 2000 camaro with 2:73's There are a bunch of numbers on it, but nothing that means anything to me. Do you guys know where I could find out what these gears are?
Thanx for your help!
-Aaron
P.S. I am really hoping that they are 3:73's Anyone have 3:73's they want to get rid of?Last edited by xtreme; 04-27-2009 at 06:28 AM.

What's stamped on them? To find the size you can do the math - for example: 42 tooth ring gear, 13 tooth pinion gear (42/13 = 3.23). Don't think they'll fit your car if that's what your planning, they're probably 3.42 3 series gears from an auburn diff.
