What the H**L?
1997 Cam/Exh LT1.
Mid RPM miss/Stutter
Now riddle me this...
Changed OPTI, ICM, IGN COIL, OPTI Harness....
No change. Changed 2 Plugs and wires...
FIXED! for 2 miles or so...
Hmm. Changed 1 more plug and wire...
FIXED AGAIN! for a couple miles again...
Changed the rest of them...
FIXED.... Yep you guessed it... a couple miles later, stumbling again...

check the opti for coolant spilling out on it... isn't the water pump above the opti as well???

Have you checked the gap on the plugs you didn't change? Did you check your coolant temp sensor?

MAF is reading in the 130's-140's under throttle.
Gonna swap it with my brothers and see what it reads

another MAF, reading close to the same... Left O2 was reading lean, now getting P0134 (Left O2 ckt no activity).... Only code so far....

Ok, changed o2, still showing P0134... NOW, stopped running completely... Will spin over and hit now and then, but no start... and No Codes (except P0134).... Now its at the Chevy House.... We will see what Tech II says.

Ok. So round 1 of Tech II said bad IGN COIL, and #5 Plug Wire disconnected......... Sure enough, arching to the head thru the coil body..... Replaced it, Re-attached #5 PW, Fired back up... Still missing, now throwing P0134 & P0135....
What the H**L? On to round 2? Any Ideas?

I assume you checked the passenger side? Have you checked your exhaust for leaks?
