Water Problem
What should I do to fix my 99 Trans am Convertible, I went thru some kinda deep water on accident and got water inside the engine and now I know that you are supposed to take out the plugs and turn it over and get the water out, but what else might I do before I turn the engine over? Any and all help would be great.
Thx

Hopefully you didn't destroy the engine. My wife did that last year and broke a rod and cracked the cylinder. Pull all the plugs, try to turn it over. If it doesn't turn over, check the starter. Did you try and turn it over after it stalled out? If you did, you may have done more damage. If it turns over after pulling the plugs, change all the fluids, put the plugs back and and try to start it. Good luck. If you need a new engine, try a Jasper remanufactured one. 3 year, 75,000 mile warranty. Insurance paid for most of it.
